Leadership Academy

In 2012 we will launch the Akili Dada Leadership Academy, to be held three times a year and attended by all of our current scholars as well as Dadas who are attending university or in their gap year. 

The academy’s objectives are to present Akili Dada scholars with opportunities to:

• Devise and understand their personal leadership style.
• Engage in group reflection on their community service projects across the country, exchange ideas on different types of projects, and explore shared challenges and discuss how to overcome them.
• Strengthen the Akili Dada community.
